Accessibility

Australian Government departments and agencies are obliged by the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 to ensure that online information and services are accessible by people with disabilities. There is also the requirement to make online resources accessible to those people with technical constraints, such as older browsers and lower speed Internet connections.

This web site has been designed to meet the Australian Government standards, including those that relate to access for people with disabilities. This site incorporates all relevant priority one and most priority two and priority three requirements from the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium.
